Odd Vibration with new 3.73

Odd Vibration with new 3.73 I just had my 3.73 gear installed on my 98 A4.
I replaced my stock 2 series carrier with a stock 3 series carrier out of a m6 car -- carrier had 6000 miles.
New bearings -- new Motive Performance 3.73 gear.
When I'm going around 65 or 70 and I let off the gas -- I get an odd throbbing vibration - not a constant vibration but throbbing. Also when I'm driving at high speeds I get a lot of vibration. The gear hardly whines at all.
What could be the problem?

Re: Odd Vibration with new 3.73 Low speed or High speed? I have seen a LSD or "POSI" at low speeds cause a vibration, it was real weird. But it could be your SHAFT isn' straight <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
