Default do i need a new drive shaft??
well this weekend i was driving when suddenly i heard and felt a really bad clunking and vibration coming from my car, so i pulled over and had to get towed home and when i looked under it today i noticed my driveshaft was moving up and down freely and my u-joint and yoke were busted up..here is a pic of the carnage. When i showed it to someone else they said i would need a new u-joint, yoke, and driveshaft. What do you guys think?

Wow, that is messed up. I tend to agree with your friend; replace it all and be done with it.

not a very good picture....take some more clear shots and stand back a little bit more...


The driveshaft in the pic looks distorted

Yeah, that would take about 10 feet, since his u-joint is hanging out of the bearing housing.

i will try to get some more pics tomorrow or something...the driveshaft is just moving up and down freely which really sucks

looks like it would just be smart to replace it all at this point, even if its just the yoke, the shaft might not be balanced anymore

yeah i am gonna just replace everything..found a great deal on a chromemoly setup from a sponsor on here so i will be getting that
