I would bench bleed the master before you install it. Fill the resivour, push in the rod, then push the pin in at the end of the line. Do this a couple times. Then I always gravity bleed the system once it is fully installed. You will need 2 people, basiclly it is just like doing brakes. Pump the pedal about 25 times, hold it in, then have a friend crack open the slave then shut it, then release the pedal and repeat. Make sure the tranny is installed when doing this otherwise the slave will not be building any pressure.

I started this process as you stated had a friend pump 25 times, then I cracked the bleeder on the tranny while he held the pedal down and then tightned the bleeder and he pumped more while I watch the fluid level in the canister. Trouble is the pedal is still having to be pulled manualy back and after about 10 times bleeding some fluid seemed to be comming out by the bellhousing opening,(possible leaking in from above down housing and out ) is this normal and should I have pedal kick back already . possibly master not screwed out far enough ?

thanks for any advise , Im dying to have my car back but cant with current pedal or is it just need a lot more bleeding and the leaking out bellhousing is drip down, (set up is all new,, new adj master , new slave, new clutch setup)
