last night my car went over an enormous bump...didnt see it in the road, had no idea it was there, but apparently my car felt it. i checked that night but couldnt really see, so i went to check this morning, and it seems as if that bar that goes under the differential is bent. the bump pushed it towards the front of the car a bit, and its not directly under the differential anymore......any harm?? how can i fix it?? please help
Take a look at it - did you bend the bar or the mounts? maybe its time for a new swaybar. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
Check the panhandle bar ?? ( the bar which centers the rear under the body ) get a thrust line alignment ( about 50.00) to be sure rear is stright under body ( thrust angle should be less than 0.13 deg. any more and car will walk sideways if pushed hard off the line
