Just got my 4.10s put in and I love em. My mods are lid, full exhaust and gears. M6 tranny btw. These gears made the car come alive and super fun to drive. Still pretty low rpm on the highway. Well worth it imo. What a rush if you can get first gear to hook.

yes sir......that should hold you off for a while......then FI or n2o or something else that will make the car rediculously fast hahahah

how are you guys not breaking something in the rear with 4.10's and the stock rear in the back? I want 4.10's so bad but don't want to pay the money for them plus installation only to have something break and be out all that money.

I abused my 4:10 stock rear with 1.7 60fts and 7.805 1/8. In my lt1 for 140,000 miles. Still held strong!!

i have 4.10s in my M6 and they are the best mod for the money!!! my motive gears were like 180 plus the install kit which was anyother 80 and they guy only charged me 100 in labor!!!! i run mine pretty hard and i havent had any problems or noise.

I busted the diff in my stock 10 bolt and sheared off some ring teeth..went to an auburn unit, destroyed the newly installed 4.10s...installed another set, ripped teeth out of pinion. Now i have a 9" Point being, damn 10 bolts will break regardless, so have fun with it, just slip the clutch a lil more on launching and shifting.
