Be careful... I bought "GM Motives" and whines like a little girl after 2 hard launches. Sent them back and my rear end guy got me a set of OEM GM 3.73's. They are not cheap. Lots of hard launches and still whisper quiet. I seriously doubt that Superior are OEM GM gears.

The Superior box is marked original equipment, the gears are stamped (not painted) with GM part numbers, they were bought as OE from T Byrne (one of this board's reputable sponsors), AND they're quiet as stock. That's what I have to go on - I still recommend them. They're also $200 cheaper than the GM boxed price I got from one of this board very competitive dealers.
