Default TH200-4R Swap..???? good idea?

Right now i have the 4l60e that was just "beefed up". but the 2-3 shift is still laggin. (and i do shift manually at the track..heres my reason why...i shift..11.92@116..ecm shifts...13.0@115)Will ls1edit help that "lag time" or i read about these 200-4r O/D trannies that are not computer controlled. How are these in a daily driver?
i'm about this close >-< to swapping to a M6.
Any advice is greatly appreciated...!!!

i have a manual valvebody 200-4r in my daily driver. its a very nice tranny. one other person in town has one as well. he was the first one to do it. once you get used to shifting all the time, its not bad at all. would be just like driving a 6-speed, without a clutch. Texas speed and performance(i think)is going to sell a kit to do it. mine as well as the other guys was a yank kit. both trannies have been completely rebuilt due to Mikes strict standards that went into his trannies(ie. the use of stock parts ). im sure some other people will chime in as well. good luck with your decision
