Like when your at the back of the car it looks like that? Can you take a pic?
I would check all the suspension underneath and in particular the springs and shocks first. Then check little things like the lca's, panhard bar and sway bar.

has it been lowered? the only cure to fix that would be an adjustable panhard bar my right tire sticks out 1 3/4 inches more than my left. looks silly imo but thats the cure is an adj. panhard to make it shorter so it pulls the rearend back under the car

Measure from wheel center to wheel center (front to back). If it is off, which isn't uncommon if it is, adj lower control arms will fix it. If it is off from side to side, get and adj panhard bar and center it back up. Let me know if you need any more explaining of what I described.

A lot of these rears sit off to the right by .5 inch and they also sit towards the rear the same amount. It really becomes noticeable when you stick a 28" tall tire under there. An adjustable pan hard bar for side to side, and adjustable lower control arm bars for front to rear, are what is needed. Bob

The best way to go would be to get adjustable rear lower control arms and panhard bar. Then take your car to an alignment shop and ask them to do a 4 wheel alignment. That way it will really be centered instead of just "eyeballing it".
