you can get dana 60s new from national drivetrain i believe fitted for f-bodies but it is waaaaaaaaaay overkill. Dana 44s aren't in production anymore (in f-body form at least) you'd have to find a used one and then you'd still have issues with wheels, ABS, Trac, and brakes.

dana 44 came with a 8.5" ring gear and 30 spline axles.
