speed/power shifting question???

speed/power shifting question??? Is it bad on the trans??? and if so how bad, will i end up blowing my trans. and all of you with m6's do you all do it when you go to the track??? i just learned the other day. WOW! big difference... my rpm's dont drop like at all between shifts, and i thought i shifted fast. its like a whole new car, def. faster.

But you gotta drive it once in a while!!! <img border="0" alt="[evil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" />

Re: speed/power shifting question??? One of my friends was at the track and he was power shifting, But instead of going into 4th he went to 2nd and over reved and bent his pushrods. He is luckly that he didnt smack a valve. My advice would be get used to the shifts.
