3.90 or 4.30 I have a A4 with 9 inch anyone changed from one to another and was they a diff in there E.T.s 1/8 or 1/4 and what was it..........thanks.

There are too many variables to tell from other people just how your car will react to the gear change. Camshafts, cylinder heads, piston ring sealing, weight, etc all play a part. If someone has a cam that falls on it's face at 5000 rpm, then the 4.30 gears are most likely going to slow them down. Bob
