Odd vibration.. ideas?

Odd vibration.. ideas? A little while back I noticed a slight vibration which seemed to be coming from the rear end, but only at about 70mph. Anything under and it didnt really seem to be there, or at least not bad enough to be noticed.
I bought new rims/tires and I figured the problem would go away. I needed tires and wanted rims anyhow so you get the idea.. Anyhow the problem remained.
As of about ohh 6 weeks ago or better the problem has gotten much worse. At 50mph it has a pulsing/vibration which is worse than it used to be at 70mph.
I purchased all new;
LCA's
PHB
SFC's
Hotchkis springs & bilstein struts
Rotors (all 4)
4:10's w/complete install kit
I plan to just have the complete rear redone when the gears are put in.
It's a 12 bolt, but I got it used..
Is there anything I havent listed which may be the cause?
I replaced u-joints, but that was a good while BEFORE the vibration started.
Could they be effed?
What are the odds of the driveshaft doing this?
Buying the stuff doesnt bother me, I just want to know what all causes that it could be so I can do it all at once and not have to worry about it again. I'd rather do it right the first time than spend time/money half assing it then the problem remaining.
