Default Red Line Limited Slip Additive

Can I use the Red Line Limited Slip additive in the stock 10 bolt rearend? It says it can be used with 75w-90 gear oil and it is 4 oz's, Is this acceptable, anyone out there running this?

most people will just say use the Mobil 1 gear oil and a bottle or 2 of the GM additive

It should be just fine, but I've always been told that the stinky, green colored Motorcraft additive is the ultimate stuff for limited slips.
