I was racing it tonight and when I shifted into fourth and let out the clutch it reved out and bounced off the limiter. then as I let the car back down to idle it fell passed idle and almost died. after I slowed down and put it into gear to drive off whenever I tried to give it gas the tranny would grind really hard and the car would shake. I can't give it any throttle in any gear or it will do this. I am assuming I just killed my tranny. I have been having problems with the clutch sticking to the floor as of late. And I just received my new slave that I was going to get installed. what do you guys think happened?

Sounds like you mis-shifted 4th and hit second. Does the car now idle rough while in neutral? Any ticking noises? Is the CE light on? If so you've bent some pushrods and probably some valves as well if it's having trouble idling and shaking the car. Mis-shifts usually result in damage to the engine and not the transmission.

no miss-shift. It was more like the clutch slipped and it shot up when I mashed the gas. when it happend I of course immedietly shut it down. and the motor is running fine. no ticking or rough idle. no CE light, or SES light. it is the tranny that is the problem. in gear when i start to give it throttle it grinds REALLY bad and the stick shakes and feels like it wants to pop out.

Sounds like your clutch plate said bye-bye. You probably sheared the inner ring right off. In that case you MAY be able to get a little forward direction at low speeds only but with continued clutch slippage. The vibration would be from the now unbalanced driveline at the clutch.
