Another one bites the dust... So im planning to get a 9", but just out of curiosity, my stock 2.73 rear is making a noise.
It goes do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do- and it gets faster as I go faster. Its getting louder too. I dont even go to the track to launch hard!
Could it be the outer bearing & not the diff by any chance?

this sounds familiar,,i opened it up to find some missing teeth on my pinion gear,,exact same noises as you described. I did launch mine, so its my bad
