With 3.23s you really should get the SY 3500. You can learn to launch it on street tires and the power from a roll will blow the 2600 away.
If you want something smaller, call TCS and get a 3200 stall with a 1.8 STR custom built.

Yes it is inexpensive, but for a couple hundred dollars more you get easily double the performance from a good 3000 stall converter.
