You will probably get mixed opinions on this one but I can share one actual test. My good friend which is a member on this site installed his s60 about 1 1/2yrs ago. At the time of install he was running 12.3 making roughly 390 rwhp. After the install he went to running 12.1 due to the fact he was able to leave harder. Now here's the kicker, after his 12.1s we both went back to the dyno together and he just wanted to see where his car was at tune wise. He then only pulled like 375rwhp. After doing alot of reading he found his setup netted a typical hp loss of around 4% for the s60. So he made 15 less hp but picked up 2 tenths in the 1/4. So if you are cutting good 60fts now unlike my friend was you may actually see the same or maybe a little loss of et due to the extra weight. Now when you factor in the new converter and if it will hold to say 3300 or so and if that is a higher rpm you are leaving at currently you probably will see an et improvement.
