Any chance you will offer these new clutch packs with high-energy or blue frictions?
The red lined material doesn't have a good reputation around my area. H-E and blues have done much better.

Thanks for your questions...
We use a Raybestos Stage 1 Clutch. They do not make a blue clutch at this time. As far as using the high-energy clutches, yes we can use those if you prefer.

I might have to look into something like this as I am beating my head into the wall trying to get the 4L60 that come in my 04 SSR to hold, The SSR weights 4880 with me and fuel, I did take a small amount of weight off with a hood and wheels, I broke the engine so I went ahead and had the 4L60 gone through while I had the engine built a 700-750 hp Stroked super charged LS6, Well it has 12 1/2 wide M&H on the back and just breaking the engine in I turned off on a nice country road and went about 3/4 throttle, Tires broke lose and bang it hit the rev limiter and rolled to a stop, No forward gears just reverse so back to RPM, With the old engine as you can see I am not pushing it off the line, Is there any hope as they say it will work

Do you have any testimonials you can refer me to as to how well your 6L80 upgrades have help up at the dragstrip?
I'm currently on my 6th transmission (LS7 powered 2007 Corvette) but before pulling the trigger I'd like to talk to some people who regularly drag race their car.
Thanks in advance,
Christopher

Yes, tuning is a big part of it. We are not tuner’s but we will look at your tune if it is through “HP Tuners” & may have some suggestions. Thanks!

What is the maximum hp you think your upgraded 6l80e can handle. I'm at 573 rwhp with an hp tune on the trans. And no matter what the tuner guy does with the trans as in dif tunes it still seems to slip. I have a yank converter @3200 also. At the dragstrip of course.

Hello and thanks for the inquiry. Our website has some information on the 6L80E upgrades. It is listed under the "Services" Tab on our website. The other thing to do is to call Glenn, our service advisor, he can answer any other questions that you may have.
