Hold Back - that's not hard to say - can't remember ever getting paid on it though.

Do you know what it costs McDonnals for a 1/4 pounder? Large drink?

The auto insustry is one of the most regulated industries in the U.S. I think I read 90% of folks in the auto industry aren't happy. I guess you fit the mold. I hate people that don't like their jobs.

we have a 2ss on our lot right now that was a special order that fell through. I think we have had 2 other in the same boat. all are selling at sticker price and no more.

I know that when I was waiting for one to test drive for my column, my local dealership who gives me cars to test only had V6s for stock...for the first few months of getting in SS's, they were all spoken for.

Some dealers gouge more than others. It's been my experience that Chicagoland Chevy dealers are usually high priced on cars. I'm looking for a 1SS manual car cheap cuz I'm gonna ruin the resale value pretty quick.

Plenty here for sale, I just did a search and found 211 for sale on dealer lots in a 100 mile radius. I also noticed they are a bunch of used v6 Camaros for sale with 5k miles on them.

Personally, I'd just wait for a low mileage used one. Let someone else eat the markup and depreciation.

I drove a yellow "transformers" 2SS with the RS package and six speed friday, I could have drove it home for $500 over invoice. Nice car. He did have to other six cylinder cars on the lot, they where both sold.

5-10k over sticker.

Greed. I thought your banking/stockmarket system just taught you a hard lesson on the perils of unrestrained greed. Apparently not. Maybe it's a cultural thing?

I've never heard of that happening here. Ever. Something like bank failures or mass mortgage defaults.

I can't wait until I see camaro's at every stop light I hit. In my book can't be Camaro overload. Avis rental in Miami has atleast ten 2010 v6 rentals in there lot.Theres probably alot more that was on the road that day I past by, so yes there will be Camaro's totaled soon. John
