A friend of mine would like to do some basic boltons to his car. Its the A6.
Hes looing for a CAI,Headers, cats, but wants to run the stock exhaust (wants it quiet), and a tune for the above. He is also interested in a torque Converter.
Does anybody offer a package like that with a programmer or a flash?
What converter is the most popular for a mostly stock car?
I have looked around but not sure.
Whats the best CAI or what ones should he stay away from?
Quality and performance is 1st and price is 2nd
Thanks

I recommend either Rotofab CAI or ADM Performance "Street" CAI. ARH (American Racing Headers) 1 7/8" catted headers. Magnaflow Axleback PN#16581 (Very quite, except at WOT), and a Superchips Limited Edition Handheld Tuner PN#2885 is recommended as well.
I won't recommend a torque converter (Uhumm...YANK SS 3200 Stall Coverter!) despite several being available at the moment. Has he considered his then (voided) powertrain warranty would be my first question? I'll let you answer that and then get you a recommend based on your answer. Everything else is faily easy to appease GM warranty woes.
