off my 2LT/RS it was $950 MSRP was $31,xxx.00 plus the 60 day rebate, plus GM card points my total off MSRP was $2950.

The supplier discount price is very close to invoice, or at least this was the case a few years ago. It might save you a little hassle negotiating, but you should be able to buy for the same price with a little research and negotiating.
