dude theres so many ******* intakes for this thing is rediculous to really say one is better than the other. I dont have one but search on moderncamaro.com
find one that a good amount of people posted good thoughts and gains from it and go from there.

There have been some ridiculous numbers about this intake going around, no one yet has done a nice before/after with it on the dyno. Last I looked into it, they were asking you to unbolt your radiator and leave it loose to install the damn thing.
