L99 boots tolerance
Are the L99 cars holding up to boost as well as the LS3 cars? As far as trans and motor go? Seems like people are getting great results from the ls3 cars on stock drivetrains but I haven't heard much from the the L99 guys.

I haven't heard anything bad, SLP has done a number of their ZL edition cars with the TVS2300's on the L99's. I'm sure their tune set up & boost PSI's are done in a certain safe range to make sure everything holds up in their case.

They love it! The best thing you can do is pull the DOD/VVT stock cam out! We had one pick up 120 rwhp with just a cam and set of headers. No boost changes or anything like that.

I would spend the money and do a cam conversion at the same time. The lifters on the L99 are the weakest part.
