I have a 2015 Camaro SS w/ Whipple 2.9L supercharger & long tube headers, 6 speed manual.
In process of putting bigger cam, & smaller pully on supercharger... Also contemplating methanol injection (no water) using washer fluid reservoir as tank for methanol.
Will tune & adv timing for the higher octane under boost.
My question is : should I mix 50/50 or is it safe enough to run straight methanol into the supercharger?

 

I run 50/50 with my meth setup. Maybe a few hp if 100% but, ‘boost juice’ is safer to use and you still get nice cooling effect.

Call pro meth and he will tell u that 80/20 has been proven more than a hundred times on these fifth gen cars to be the sweet spot. I have 3 of my own and he has done the last two it's a great company to use. If u need any help p.m me my shop installs these often I have the magnuson superchargers on mine but I promise if u mix it yourself it's cheap and easy
