Sorry, I'm not trying to make you defensive. like i said, its quality workmanship. However, it shouldn't be judged for performance, but for visual appeal. Its art. A bagged and slammed car with a blower could never be more than a dyno queen. To each his own. A low rider is a cultural statement, not a performance vehicle.
I have no interest in rock crawling, tractor pulls, drifting. But I don't pass judgment. I'm certain there are many auto enthusiasts that consider my interest in road and rally racing a waste of time. I've got no problem with that.
My friend was checking out the pictures. He customizes cars from the 40's. Bag/slam chopped you name it. He thinks this camaro is "sick". Check out his website chevybombs.com

Contrary to popular belief, a well thought out air bag suspension can perform better than stock.
Here's an example:
Cool video showing how air bags increased performance on a Dodge Magnum.

I like it, its definately different, and thats what makes it bad ***.
but....why does everyone think you are mexican or hispanic to have a bagged car or truck? In fact, most hispanics prefer hydraulic suspension, not air.
and yes air ride suspension can and does handle well when thgough out and put together with the right parts. I used to have a truck that was rediculously good handling. I've also had some that were worthless for anything but laying on the ground. I love air ride though, if you have ever taken a long trip like the power tour in something lowered, you will love the proper air ride suspension.
would I cut up a new camaro just to lay it out? prob not.

I met the guys from Status (built that car and it won one of GM's awards at SEMA) down at a show in Tyler TX...awesome folks. Fellas...that car is top notch in person. You guys wait...it'll be at drag and auto-x tracks or at least one with the same set up will be. they know what they're doing...procharger sent them a f1 head for it.
