?? 429 installed and REDUCED ENGINE POWER?? what to do? So i had just finished installing a 429 LS3 in my 2010 Camaro SS 6M and took it out for a drive. It ran good for around 10 miles then it fell flat on it's face with a check engine light and Reduced Engine Power. Got the codes read with the following P0606 code i cleared it and it still continues to fall on it's face at 3000 RPM's. I have checked all connection all seated properly. That's an internal processor fault code. Very rare and not usually good. REP usually comes from a mismatch in MAF flow vs ETC position. If you post up your tune, there may be more help you can receive. Your tune may have some other codes turned off which may keep you from knowing the real problem.

REP issue solved So I just took it out again after i found a ground cable loose and tightened it and it ran great. At first i thought the computer was still in open loop so i let it warm and it ran just fine. Its ridiculous that a single ground ground will ruin a car...... time to burn some rubber
