Default "Idle drop & surge"

Question-

I am having an issue with a 2010 Camaro 2SS- this is a 6.2 with 6M with, custom stage 3 cam, L/T's w/ cats, worked LS3 & heads -tuned by RPM. Reports there have been zero issues until clutch change 600 miles after "clutch break-in".
The issue is vehicle, thus set at 950 RPM at idle, drops excessively in RPM as clutch is applied even after engine warm up. In neutral at a stand still the engine operates at normal; however, once the clutch is applied idle drops. In addition, once the car is moving the clutch is applied or when when rapid disengagement into neutral with use of clutch occurs the RPM's fluctuate rapidly.

What are your thoughts?

When the clutch was changed, the Slave-cylinder and throughout bearing was also changed. ECM has been reset along with the air monitoring solenoid.

My only other thoughts to this issue is air in the system and cylinder needs to be "bleed" again.

Again what are your thoughts and or experiences?

Thank you for the assistance in advance.

V/R
