Went to the Auto show today.
Just got back from the Virginia Beach Auto show. Got to see and sit in the new Camaro and Challanger and seen the new Mustang (They weren't letting people sit in that one).
Although I am biases towards the Camaro (I'm on my 4th one), the Challenger is definetly my top pick. The interior and exterior are nicer IMO. The only aspect to the Camaro I would pick over the Challenger in the Engine. I work for Ford and all my co-workers gripe on me because I drive a Camaro. I tell them if the Mustang came with the LS1 engine, I would have bought one of those instead.
Overall impression of the Camaro: Looks good although appears to be short. Interior is nice, but seems to be cheap like an import interior. The gauges in the center consol are pretty cool. I don't like the IC housing of the Spedo and Tach. The engine cover has to go. Love the wheels!
Thats about it. I went to check it out because I was contimplating on trading in my 01' for a 2010, but after going to the show, the only 10' I will be trading my car in on will be the Challenger. You think anyone would do an LSx swap in a Challenger for me.
Please don't bash, this is only my opinion. Thanks.

the new NBM car looks KILLER in that color. Throw on some silver or flat black stripes and it's really be set off I've always thought the Challenger looked good in pics but when i see them in person i'm SERIOUSLY let down. They look like as big as a Suburban. Just didn't care for them in person.

I've seen the Camaro, Mustang and Challenger at the auto show here in PHX as well. The Challenger is fantastic looking car, very tough to beat in the style department. There isn't a bad angle on it. I can't say the same for the new 2010 Camaro or Mustang. If it were my money I'd probably still get the Camaro though.

thats what i say. I test drove a 2009 challenger. To say the least i was disappointed . Dodge did such an amazing job at putting so lil thought into this car and it shows. Crap interior, remedial appearance and not so great performance. Camaro wins this one for me.

I always felt that the engine covers were also there to help prevent people who don't know what they're doing from tampering with anything under the hood in their garage.
But, that Camaro looks great. Wish I had known about the auto show down there 'cause I would've been there!
As far as interior goes..I think it's all opinion. I personally love the interior on my '01 and I actually think the ride quality is great. Although, my only other real experience is my truck that bounces all over the road with every pothole haha

Challengers look nice and I've seen a few that sounded real nice, but in the end they are still a Dodge. I love that color on the Camaro. Dark blue & silver stripes could possibly do it for me.
