Uh, even if that was a real ad, those things are made months in advance of product launches. Don't get me wrong I'm dying to get a New LSA Z28 but it appears GM doesn't
want to build us a low volume, high profit car when there are Volts to finance.

I think it is more of they are not going to be allowed to do anything like that with the money they get.
