if that front end wasnt so amazingly hideous, it might stand a better chance of being liked.

x2 for moving the vents

I love the rear spoiler. I wish the camaro was more squared off like this.

I think its beautiful! I'll order one for sure. I like it the way it is, i would change the air inlets to a traditional style like a ford GT maybe but other than that, i like it. I dont think the quarters are too flared, i dont think theres anything worng with the front. Does anyone know for sure if you Can order it now? IM thinking buy a base v-6 camaro, have this done, and have an ls7 dropped in.

ASC has helped design and produce so many GM cars, its practically coming from the factory. Close enough for me anyway. ASC has worked with GM for so long, maybe theyll be able to buy the copy rights to pontiac and firebird since GM obviously has no use for them.

I like the wheels. I don't like the car though. I've seen better.

It is completely true, and your lack of knowledge of ASC shows. They actually converted cars for GM and did some design for GM for specific Firebirds and even Camaro's. The wonderful WS6 hood that everyone covets on the 4th Generation 98-02 is an ASC hood. The 3rd generation convertibles were all ASC conversions. They also made and installed the T-tops for the second generation cars. They also converted Camaro’s to sports coupes and Z28’s. So it is not a “fake”.

From the appearance perspective it has always been a cosmetic change, there is nothing that prevents you from changing all the panels on the car to arrive with either car. They were F-bodys for a reason because they shared the platform and only cosmetic differences seperated their appearance naturally.

I don't think I have commented enough for you to really gauge my knowledge of ASC. But I'll admit it's not extensive. However, it's still a fake Pontiac, which has no appeal to me. It's not as bad as a G8 "Firehawk" but it's close. This is my opinion, and your welcome to yours.

I thinks it's a photoshop..I had hoped the bird didn't come back. From what Pontiac has been producing I am sure they would have killed the name.

I like it alot. I've always been a big fan of the early 70's birds. It looks tons better than the Camaro with the smiley face grill, and the front of this car is just begging for a front mount intercooler. Personally I don't really care for the camaro but I might be willing to puchase one if this was an affordable option.
