Default Torque specs for 3.6 V6

Does anybody have torque specs for the V6? I am removing heads and installing new timing chains, just want to make sure I'm re-installing everything properly.

Does this seem right? I always thought cylinder heads had to be really really torqued down. 22 foot pounds doesn't seem tight whatsoever.

That’s 22lbs plus 150 degrees with an angle wrench. Please don’t torque head bolts to just 22lbs lol

Most of GMs torque sequence starts off as foot pounds then switching to angle for a second or third stage. It’s annoying but it’s how they do it along with many other car manufacturers
