Default Lifter Replacement

Good morning, I have a 2010 L99 and bent a pushrod. I have my AFM deleted from my ECM, can I replace all the AFM lifters with regular factory lifters without replacing the cam and other components in the engine? As much as I'd like to replace the cam I'm happy with the stock power it has, plus I won't need to tune again. I've seen AFM delete kits but they also include new cam gears and valley plates. Can this be done without replacing those other items?

Cam profiles are very different. All must be replaced.
