The only way they would make a Camaro like that is if it was a one-off proto-type, type thing like the late 90's Charger that never was produced. Of course the fake Charger did get a lot of play in the video games (Midnight Club 3).
from the looks of things you would be able to run the new KB SC in the new camaro which would make way more than any SC chevy would ever mass produce. There is a vette with a 408 KB SC that makes 800rwhp and like 841 rwtq at like 2300 rpm.

So a 900hp supercharged LS9 Camaro is supposed to come out. This is when the 4th and a half LS1 Camaro cost only $22.5k. Celica's cost ~$22k, aren't Camaro's supposed to be cheap? The engine and SC alone would cost more than the Camaro itself.
