Camaro interior: Worst ever?!
Don't get me wrong, I love the exterior, and I'm sure what's under the hood will be sweet too, but this pic made me want to vomit!
Am I the only one?
I know they want to go a little retro, but the speedo/RPM gauges are hideous...and what's with the four amber lights above the gear shift?

Personally, I like the new interior. It reminds me of the Saturn Ion and its "cycloptic" gauge setup - you either love it or hate it, but it is different. For the record, I hate the Ion's interior, but I do like the looks of the new Camaro's interior. As long as the seats feel nice, I really won't have anything to complain about.

Yessir. The square guages(mph/RPM) are just tacky.... Hopefully GM will address this, as weve heard MANY complaints about it. The lil 4 by the shifter is pretty neat though, gotta admit!
Give me 5th gen exterior with 4th gen T/A interior(gasp!!!!) and it would be awsome!

A couple new pre-production interior images are up. Much improved over the ugly concept, I'm still not totally sold on it but it looks good enough to live with: http://www.leftlanenews.com/chevrolet-camaro.html

Id rather have that than this new design, IF....that is what makes it to production.

When I drove the Concept, I kinda liked the interior. It was different and the seat was a little uncomfortable (it's a concept, I'm not expecting comfort here), but I liked it.

And 325trroper, I agree with you abour the grey/chrome plastic. My friend had the same **** in his Civic. It looks cheap and sound cheap when you rap on it and get a hard plastic sound back in return.

That interior looks like ****. Fit and finish look good, but the whole retro thing is too ******* much. And WTF is with the LCD display on the passanger side? It's totally out of place; and I surely hope that it's sole function is not to warn about a disabled air bag.
