My girlfriend saw one in town. It was pewter cruising next to a pewter challenger. I think it was headed to BG. There are out and about. Lots of sightings.
She kept calling me at work where we cant have cell phones(but I do.. like everyone else) She was freaking out. I thought she had been in a wreck or something

It was 3-4 weeks ago I seen 3 and a new Malibu SS cruising south 75 in Cincy crossing in to KY. 2 white and 1 black. I am guessing they were headed to Bowling Green or there abouts. They look better on the road than in any pic/mag/video I've seen. No pics, I had my new phone for like 2 days and couldn't figure out the camera quick enough.

I don't know if your friend saw one, but they have to be tested. Preproduction models have to be tested to make sure everything goes together properly on the assembly line. Also they are testing final touch ups before production begins. I know I saw a few C6 Vettes running around BG before they were released.
I saw a yellow New Camaro coming back from San Antonio this weekend on Hwy 35 headed toward Dallas. I drove beside and behind it for 15-20 miles and it was pretty sharp. It had a dealer plate on it. I would have followed it further, but my wife was busting my chops about going to eat dinner. It was rally yellow and just said Camaro on the side.

I saw one on the way into work today. I couldn't believe it that's why I came on here to see if anyone else has similar stories. No pic because he was going the other direction on I294 (Chicago) but it was a new camaro sure enough. Orange with twin black stripes, looked like the one I saw at the 2007 autoshow (the 2008 one was yellow).
