Who here knows what the price of a decent packaged ss 6 speed camaro would be, im wondering how much they actually say it will be.
they say it will compete with mustang gt prices which are around 25k for an entry level v8 gt.
will it be at or around 25k, without dealer mark up of course.

Keep in mind that the base V8 Challenger starts in the high 20s as well.
yeah, i mean if they really want to take over they need to be competitively priced and right now mustangs are a good "bang for your buck" to some people. if they do that with the camaro it will take over that realm and hopefully be successful.

not to be mean but im sick of people referring to other threads that have nothing to do with mine.
i was asking if they were still going to compete with mustang prices when the new car comes out.
i didnt ask for a $ amount.

That right there was answered in that thread I linked to. Not released until December. As far as being priced around the mustang, again we won't know, but that's what we've heard so we can just hope.
Maybe I came across wrong I'm sorry but I've seen pricing questions asked several times already with the answer already we just don't know yet.

they dont need the ss to compete with v8 mustang prices when their six banger is going to be faster than the gts. My guess is that they will compete with the challengers and then both the challengers and camaros will be discontinued in around 2-5 years and the mustangs will still be in production.
