That's a pretty good difference. It will be interesting to see which one leads in sales

Ford doesn't advertise with destination until you get into the build on the website.

With destination they are almost exactly a 4k difference base ss to base gt. For a GT with 18 inch all seasons and no brakes.

The GT can not be made to equal the base SS on the road course and the strip for 4k. The only way the GT can even shine the Camaro a light is with the PP. Which makes the price gap a whopping 1500 bucks.

The Camaro is the better performance value.

Sales race...? Guessing the Camaro will lose because of the price. Don't care either...as long as it sells enough to stay in production.

In some ways this looks like it could be kind of similar in comparison to the old 98-02 SS vs the 99-04 gt.
