hi i wanted to is it worth to buy a flooded camaro and fully rebuild it. My plan is billet aluminum BBC with 5.3 inch bore spacing block. All of the body panels will be replaced with carbon fiber body panels. New electronics diff axle etc. What i mean is that i just need frame. In my country duties and taxes are too much total taxes and duties equal to 283% for cars above 2.5 liter engines and another thing is we can't import car older then 3 years old. If i buy a undamaged camaro import and rebuild it would cost me around 260k plus. Labouur in my country is cheap

You want to find one that was flooded in fresh water, not salt water.
Also you have to think about the interior.. anything that got wet can/will be moldy and smell bad
