Default building an engine?

ok guys, im piecing together an engine, i have a list below of the things that i do have already, could u guys tell me what im missing, i know i dont have it all, but just wanna a list, that way i can start looking for things, & mark off what i get, thanks guys!

99 block, rods/pistons, crank, oilpan, 241 casting heads, got some valve covers & injectors, valley tray, cover with knock sensors, crank positioning sensor, cam sensor, t.b., fuel rails, ms3 cam with hardened push rods, m6 flywheel, altenator, starter, front & rear cover, oil pump, & intake! think thats it! thanks for the help guys!

do you have lifters yet? or gaskets, water pump, thermostat?

timing cain/ cover...bearings , water pump, manifolds, coil packs... are the heads bare?

no nor-tex, the heads r complete, 241 casting heads, need a cleaning! later on will try to get 243 ls6 heads later on! thanks for ur input!
