I've got a 95 9c1, pretty much stock other than a catback, intake, tune and 3.42 posi. I have been absolutely insane about 4th gen f-bodies, specifically firebirds, for the last couple of years. the look, the t-tops, the stickshift, the power!

I keep wrestling with the thought of either just buying an ls1/m6 car, or trying to mod my cruiser to be as effective as one. Who here has/had a b-body car and could give me some insight on how they compare? I have the chance to bring home a 98 t/a for about 4k, I'm not sure if I could add open air, stick and that kind of speed and handling for about 4k to the cruiser. I could technically afford to own both...... should I bite on it?
