I would like to apologize to everyone by jumping to conclusions by assuming what was lost could be a condom. IDK what I was thinking, i am so retarded. If only i got high everyday i'd learn some common sense and realize this is what everyone does everyday

Well I just pulled my A4 counsole tonight. It wasn't as bad as I expected, took about 15-20 minutes. Although I can say I'm glad none of this is going back in, because I don't think it would go back in nearly as easy as it came out!

Over all simple though. Two 7mm bolts under the coin holder, two 10mm bolts under the arm rest, another 10mm in the center once you lift the top half of the console up (after pulling the staple in the shift **** and pulling it up and off), and two 10mm up front, one on each side, under the dash. Then the Gear Indicator light wiring, the cig lighter wires, and the power outlet wires, and out she came. It was hard for me though cause I couldn't get my E-brake very high, dunno why..but I managed.

That whole chunk of Plastic that the Cig. Lighter is in is the biggest pain in the *** with the whole thing. Mine actually broke off, so I cleaned up that space and put a little Switch Panel there for my Cutout Switches. I don't smoke, so I took out the Ash Tray too. I did put in another Cig. Lighter port though, got to have something to plug the Fuzz Buster in..

x2 for locking in the glovebox.. that saved my *** when i got arrested. got my possesion charge dropped to "disturbing the peace" (don't ask me how I was disturbing anyone) and an $80 fine. when they ask for your keys simply say no. the cops will most likely take them from you as they did to me, but contest it in court and it will be dropped.

I didn't do anything, I was traveling through the state and they decided to pull me over and dig through my stuff for two hours only to come up empty handed. I just let it go.
It's a '92 silverado and the latches are pretty weak anyway because they attach to the top angled part of the dash, which gets brittle from the sun.

When I bought my car I pulled out the ashtray and found a fat bag of... "Condoms" and a few blunt wrappers a pack of job 1.5s and so on... One hour later I had found a complete drug store... Moral of the story... When you buy a ride, search that **** high and low and make sure you don't get punished for someone else's forgetfulness...

If you have a stick just pull up the shifter bezel and throw your stuff in there. Or if you really want to get sercet pull your glove box down and push in the two side and it folds down, there is like a shelf in the back. Back to the console taking out. Three bolts and wow it is loose. lol
