What do you guys think about this for a tow rig?
I just bought a 1990 Chevy K5 Blazer. It has the 350 FI engine rebuilt, mildly built turbo 350, 4in HD lift, 35" tires, either 3.73 or 4.10 gears, tow hitch, and body is near mint. I know its not the ideal tow rig but this thing was very good condition and only $500.
I am looking to tow my 01 SS to the track with it next summer. I dont have a trailer yet but defeinetly in the market come tax return time. Trying to find a aluminum one, but it will definetly need trailer brakes. I wont towing or driving this truck everyday and get to the track maybe every other week. It is about 80-90 from where i live to track with no major hills to speak of.
I will buying a larger trans cooler but what do you guys think good or bad?

that is fine I used to tow my olds cutlass with a 1989 Blazer. Watch for the transfer case though. Never put a trans cooler in. Towed about 70 miles each way and the car weighed 3700 lbs
