Yea looks more like a botched spring/shock install job. Could have the perch on crooked, the isolater or spring upside down, not tightened in mount, etc. If your front subframe (you dont have a frame) was bent there would be much more visible damage.

to me it looks as if you just bent your upper a-arm or the spindle. you should jack it up and pull the front tires off and inspect it before driving it to much, or you can cut that front tire or worse if its damaged it could break.

Not sure about anything else, but your right front fender is bulged out probably from improper jack placement when lifting the car.

Mine sits lower on the right side. It's normal as far as I know.
