Performance all the way!! You can't see what your car looks like while your driving it anyway!!!! Besides when you race someone they wont have long to see what your car looks like either when you blow past them!!!

i personally would try to split it up and get all the bolt ons i could since i dont have any suspension work yet or H/C package yet so i would probably do that and try to get a few of the small appearance stuff like tint and watnot...the "cheaper" things compared to the charger...now if ur already full bolt ons and everything then i say charger and a tune for it....remember, TAX RETURN SEASON IS HERE!!!

Well when I started I did some power mods then appearance then went back to power. I like to mix it up every now and then. The easiest to knock out is the appearance mods but I like to mix it up. I hate fast cars that are beat up or not really clean looking. Not only is my car fast but it looks good doing it.

Since mine is a strip only (and cruise once in a blue moon) car. It's whole focus is speed.
The Ram I drive daily is a V6, so that right there tells you I could care less about going fast on the street. To top it off, I'm about to sell the Ram and get a nice used Suburban. Solely because I need more room for the family and a little more comfort.

procharge that thing. there's plenty of logic behind this. first off, you won't even see that much detail if when you drive by its a blur. second, sharp cars get the chicks, as well as fast cars, but when it comes time to ditch the b!tch, a fast car would make it soooo much easier.

Performance first! I did my first appearance mod (besides wash/wax and I guess tint) this summer (which was rims) after owning a WS6 for about six years and doing some type of performance mods the whole time.

It Kind Of Depends On How Many Vehicles You Have.
If You've got DD, a Truck, A Bike, And A Sports Car then you can pick which direction you want to go with each one.
I'd rather have a Nice Looking F-Body than a "fast" one. I live in the city so I'd have to worry about getting robbed, but I can barely hook on the street with Stock HP, so what am I going to do with 600+hp?

You won't be happy until you do both. If you are fast, you will wish your car looked better. If you look good, you will wish you were faster. Depending on how much money you want to dump into it, would make the decision for me. I don't want to procharge it, then build the tranny, then replace the rear end, then keep fixing it as it breaks, because they are expensive breaks. Make it look really nice, and bolt on it.
Or just sell it and buy a Scion. Those cars are pimp looking and extremely fast.
