Same here. One notch from the bottom. I have better control and response from the steering wheel. I also put it all the way up to exit/enter. Don't really need to, but I don't want to scuff up the wheel.

All the way down for me. I sit with the seat all the way back since I have long legs. So keeping it all the way down I can still sit back and not have to reach up for my steering wheel.

1 click up from the bottom.... I'm short and skinny - 5'7" 140 lbs so I don't need to let up the steering wheel to get out. My seat is all the way down, the front is tilted up a little and the backrest is just a little bit tilted back.
