Default changing a Itrader rating
ok... i probally put this in the wrong area so if it is moderator please move it

i had a problem with a car i bought... I left negative feedback because he didnt respond to my emails.... but after leaving feedback he is willing to correct the problem...

i told him i would remove the feedback once he corrects the problem


now the question is how do i do that?

can i use "report a bad rating" button or what? anybody know?

on homepage go to user support & resources. its where u ask to modify something like your name. im sure they can do that too.
