Is this possible?
The HP ratings I'll list have been dyno proven, or so I've been told.
Stock SLP SS - 345hp
MSD Wires and NGK Plugs - 15hp
Royal Purple Oil - 10hp
SLP Loudmouth Exhaust - 20hp
GM Hotcam & LS6 Springs - 50hp
SLP Tuned Headers and Y-Pipe - 50hp
Now my math adds up to 490hp at the crank. Add in a tune and some good heads and I imagine you'd be around 550hp at the crank. Now putting that down at the wheels you'd probably have to upgrade the rotating assembly and do some major internal work, but I bet 550hp at the wheels isn't that hard. Just expensive.
Ok, put on the fire suit, here come the flamethrowers!

There are better choices for mods but even with those better choices you are not going to see 550 at the wheels, I'm sorry.

I could see like a MS4 adding 50 HP to rear wheels and about 80 HP at the crank. GMHTP did an article when it first came out where it added ~ 82 HP at the crank. I could see the Hotcam maybe bumping up 50 at the crank so that would equal about 35 at the tires.
Apparently myself, Tyler and Lance are going to have to hook you up with that Toledo LS1 knowledge.
LOL. Aren't you trying to do a swap soon? The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
As far as my calculations, we'll wait and see. A good friend of mine has done almost exactly what I've listed above and I'm sure (after it gets a good tune) it'll get dyno tested. We'll see what it puts down then.
But as far as 550 RWHP on an N/A LS1 motor; technically you could run that on alcohol and probably get 800+ RWHP out of it. I still don't think it's a hard number to reach at all. It's just a matter of how much you wanna spend.
here's a more realistic list:
Stock SLP SS - 345hp
MSD Wires and NGK Plugs - 1.5hp
Royal Purple Oil - 1.0hp(maybe a little more)
SLP Loudmouth Exhaust + SLP Tuned Headers and Y-Pipe - 30hp
GM Hotcam & LS6 Springs - no idea but probably less than 50hp
i'd believe maybe 5 from plugs and wires, and a total of 30 from their full exhaust.
plus i believe their tuned length headers are designed to add more power down low than their longtubes, which would be the opposite of what you want for a dyno queen.
Point 2, SLP long tubes plus LM2 gained a dyno proven 41.XX RWHP as claimed both by them and GMHTP. That would be what, 50+ on the motor? Just those two points though...someone already beat me to the MS4 idea.

hell the LS6 m6 has 385 @ the crank supposedly ???
any corrections here with Lotus's additions and what do you get
