Exclamation HELP! Steering wheel not lined up, throwing 4 codes

I had to disconnect my steering box to chance rod bolts and drop the subframe but the steering wheel was never moved. I hooked it all up and drove it yesterday and my wheel is about 45 degrees off when i'm going straight and I have 4 codes, 2 that are restraints, 1 for the steering wheel sensor and the other is "loss of class 2 communication with VCM". I've tried pulling it off and re-lining it up but it's always off.

Now in my frustration today I started moving the steering wheel and trying to line it up. I now know that's a big no-no but how do I get this corrected and straight?

are these SES codes or are they other codes? Reason I am asking is cause the restraint codes are normally in the BCM. You may have broke the wire going to the back of hte air bag in the steering wheel. The actuall code numbers would help a lot. if possible

They don't set a light but they show up on HPTuners scanner. I'll get the code numbers for ya, thanks for your help.
