Shipping a shortblock.......best rate?

I need to ship a 402 from CA to NC. Anyone have a suggestion for cheapest method? I am thinkig FEDEX freight but maybe there is something out there cheaper that I dont know about? Thanks

I used Yellow Frieght to send my LT1 short block from Cincy to California. Cost about $290.

I shipped a hood and spoiler for $174 from ohio to upstate NY. all the other shipping co wanted $300+ just for the hood.
