Default th350 dosnīt work

Hello

(If this post is at the wrong room feel free to move)

Iīm from Europe and I have a problem, hope to find some answers here??
Last summer I hade a chevrolet camaro engine and gearbox (early 1970īis) installed in a opel kadett.
This driveshaft is now lift out and installed in a Opel Rekord instead.

Last summer the engine and gearbox work absolutley fine, no problem at all.
Drive really kindly, just cruising around.
The gearbox "change-axle" (shifter rod perhaps?) had a tiny leak, really small leakage.

Under the winter then engine and gearbox was lift out I changed the gearbox "change-axle" seal.
To do this the axle must be removed, so I removed it and changed seal.

Engine and gearbox is now in place in the Opel Rekord and started up.
Engine works fine but the gearbox dosnt
The "P" position works. Wheel is blocked.
At all the others positions nothing happen.
If I gas the engine to 3-4000rpm the wheel starts moving really little, tires spins at reverse, no matter R, N, D, 2, 1 the wheel spinns reverse. (There is no race-converter installed)

It fels like the gearbox is stick in R position.
If I put P in the wheel is blocked.

(The old oil looks fine, dosnt find anything in oilpan, didnīt smell burned.
Mounted new oilfilter and new GM-original oil)

I must have done something wrong when i changed the seal.
A friend told me something about a part that would be mounted wrong and give this failure??

Please help!

Attach some picīs, dos anyone se something wrong? (hope U se the pics below?)

not a LSx vehicle, nor an LSx engine. That doesn't really belong on this site at all. The best place for it tho would be this section ~> https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic-transmission-13/

This isn't the correct section for this type of thread.

You can try searching for info on TH350s in our trans section, but most people here are using 4L60Es so you might not find much.
